From January 6 to March 9, 2024, the qualifying round of the football tournament has 64 teams battling it out across 6 regional arenas, Hanoi, the Central Coast, the South Central and Central Highlands, the Southeast, the Southwest and Ho Chi Minh City.

From March 16 to 31, 2024, eleven determined teams, alongside the host team Ton Duc Thang University, will lock horns in a format mirroring the U19 and U21 national tournaments.
